1. Terms of Use

1.1. Introduction
The ChilliTask app is provided "as is". By registering, you agree to use it at your own risk. The operator is not liable for any temporary unavailability of the service or data loss.

1.2. User Account
You are responsible for the security of your password. The account must not be used for illegal activities.

1.3. Final Provisions
Any disputes are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. We reserve the right to modify these terms; we will inform you of any changes within the app or via email.

2. Privacy Policy (GDPR)

2.1. Data Controller
The data controller of your personal data is the operator of the ChilliTask app (for identification, see the Contact section below).

2.2. What Data We Collect and Why
We process your data based on the performance of a contract (providing the service). This includes:
- Email address (for login and password recovery)
- First and last name (for app personalization)
- Data you input into tasks and boards yourself (for the purpose of providing the service)

2.3. Data Processors and Retention Period
We retain your data for the entire duration of your user account's existence. Data may be stored on the servers of verified providers (e.g., hosting, email services) that meet European data protection standards.

2.4. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, port, and erase your data. You can automatically delete your account and all data at any time in the app under Settings / My Profile. This will permanently delete your data from the live database (data is automatically erased from security backups within 30 days).

2.5. Cookies
We use only essential technical cookies (session ID) necessary for login and the secure operation of the app. In accordance with EU regulations, active consent (a so-called cookie banner) is not required for these cookies.
